Sarah’s History:
Started tattooing in 1993.
Worked for 2 years at Kunsten Pa Kroppen in Copenhagen, Denmark
with the very wonderful Erik Reime.
Spent a brief period in Belfast before setting up at Tribal Body
Art on the Royal Mile in Edinburgh where I have been ever since.
Moving in September 2006 down south to work with the lovely people
at Mantra!!!!

I love creating custom pieces for customers that fit the body and
combine different styles.I like working in anything from Japanese
to Nordic/Celtic/Tribal styles to portrait work/wildlife.
I also do tattoos by hand on suitable designs (ie. Pictish, Early
Celtic designs) which is something I learned from Erik in Denmark.
The hand tattooing has a different, slightly softer look than the
machine tattooing and feels completely different. It is an interesting
experience!†
When not tattooing you may see me at New Model Army gigs going
daft, though at least these days I don't have to hitch hike around
to see them any more!!
